A string expression that defines the horizontal and vertical offset to shift the
title of the category.
By default, the OffsetTitle property is "", which
indicates that the title is shown in their original position. The Tfi property specifies the font attributes to apply on the title and labels of the category-axis. The Title property
specifies the title of the category-axis. The Format
property specifies an expression to customize the labels to show on category axis.
For instance:
"0,-24", shifts vertically (to
the top) the title by 24 pixels
