A string expression that defines the horizontal and vertical offset to shift the
tile of the value-axis.
By default, the OffsetTitle property is "", which
indicates that the title is shown in their original position. The Title property
specifies the title of the value-axis. The Tfi property specifies the font attributes to apply on the title and labels of the value-axis. The Format
property specifies an expression to customize the labels to show on value axis.
For instance:
"24,0", shifts horizontally (to
the right) the title by 24 pixels
