event DblClick (Shift as Integer, X as OLE_XPOS_PIXELS, Y as OLE_YPOS_PIXELS)
Occurs when the user dblclk the left mouse button over an object.

TypeDescription
Shift as Integer An integer that corresponds to the state of the SHIFT, CTRL, and ALT keys.
X as OLE_XPOS_PIXELS A single that specifies the current X location of the mouse pointer. The x values is always expressed in container coordinates
Y as OLE_YPOS_PIXELS A single that specifies the current Y location of the mouse pointer. The y values is always expressed in container coordinates
The DblClick event is fired when the user double clicks the control. Use a MouseDown or MouseUp event procedure to specify actions that will occur when a mouse button is pressed or released. The ElementFromPoint(-1,-1) property returns the element from the cursor or nothing if no element at the cursor position. The HitTestFromPoint property returns the element and the hit-test code from the cursor. You can use the Edit method to edit the element's caption or extra caption. Use the AllowCreateElement property to specify the keys combination so the user creates the elements in the surface. By default, the control creates a new element once the user double clicks the surface.
