The ArrangeItemsEnum type specifies the way the
items are arranged on the toolbar. The
ArrangeItemsAs
property specifies how the items are arranged on the toolbar. The ArrangeItemsEnum
type supports the following flags:

exArrangeItemsVertical, and if so, the toolbar may display items on multiple
