Defines where the value-axis ends relative to the full axis

A numeric expression between 0 and 1 that defines where the value-axis begins relative to the full axis.
By default, the End property is emtpy, which indicates that
the property has no effect. The
Start/End fields define where the value-axis begins/ends relative to the full axis.
The ColorChart property defines the color to apply on the chart's background right to the value-axis.
The Axis property specifies the name of the value axis to use.
For instance:
0.5, specifies that the value-axis ends to
the middle of the full axis
