The StartUpdatePool/EndUpdatePool methods record and add changes of the current pool to the control's Undo/Redo queue. You can use the StartBlockUndoRedo / EndBlockUndoRedo methods to group multiple Undo/Redo operations into a single-block. The AllowUndoRedo property specifies whether the control supports undo/redo operations for objects (pools, links, ...). No entry is added to the Undo/Redo queue if no property is changed for the current pool. Each call of the StartUpdatePool must be succeeded by a EndUpdatePool call. The UndoListAction property lists the Undo actions that can be performed in the chart. The RedoListAction property lists the Redo actions that can be performed in the chart.

The StartUpdatePool/EndUpdatePool methods can record changes for the following properties:

• X, specifies the pool's x-position
• Y, specifies the pool's y-position
• Width, specifies the width of the pool
• Height, specifies the height of the pool
• ID, defines the pool's unique identifier
• Position, defines the position of the pool
• Color, defines the pool's background color
• Border, defines the style to display the pool's border
• BorderColor, gets or sets a value that indicates the pool's border color
• Pattern, specifies the pattern to be shown on the pool's background
• UserData, associates any extra data associated with the pool
• AllowHeaderExt, specifies how the corners of the pool are combined with the headers of the pool
• LaneResizeType, specifies the way the lanes get resized, when its parent/pool gets resized
• ExtendPoolOnHeaderExtend, specifies whether the pool extends its size, when its header get resized
• HeaderCaptionSupportRotate, gets or sets a value that indicates whether the header displays its caption with a different orientation
• HeaderSize, specifies the size of the pool's header
• HeaderVisible, shows or hides the pool's header
• HeaderColor, gets or sets a value that indicates the header's background color
• HeaderBorder, specifies the style to display the header's border
• HeaderBorderColor, gets or sets a value that indicates the header's border color
• HeaderPattern, specifies the pattern to be shown on the header's background
• all horizontal and vertical lanes (recursively properties of the Lane object as explained next)

Also, the StartUpdatePool/EndUpdatePool methods can record changes for the following properties (of Lane object):

• Position, specifies the lane's position
• Size, defines the lane's size (width or height)
• Color, specifies the lane's background color
• Border, defines the style to display the lane's border
• BorderColor, gets or sets a value that indicates the lane's border color
• Pattern, specifies the pattern to be shown on the lane's background
• Header.Color, gets or sets a value that indicates the header's background color
• Header.Border, defines the style to display the header's border
• Header.BorderColor, gets or sets a value that indicates the header's border color
• Header.Pattern, specifies the pattern to be shown on the header's background
• Header.CaptionColor, gets or sets a value that indicates the header's foreground color
• Header.HeaderLaneInheritLane, specifies the properties of the Lane that HeaderLane inherits from
• Header.Caption, Gets or sets a value that indicates the HTML caption to be displayed on the header of the lane

The Undo/Redo records show as:

• "UpdatePool;POOLID", indicates that one or more properties of the pool has been updated, using the StartUpdatePool / EndUpdatePool methods

within the UndoListAction/RedoListAction result
