  • How secure is the order process?

  • What payment options you offer?

    We're collaborating with PayPro Global. PayPro Global supports the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro), Alternative Payments (Bitcoin, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit, SOFORT), and Digital Wallets (PayPal). It also facilitates Buy Now Pay Later services (Klarna Pay Later) and supports international payments in over 110 currencies and 28 languages, offering extensive global coverage.

  • How can I place a purchase order (PO)?

    Business customers can typically submit a purchase order (PO) for their transactions. This payment option is available to established companies, corporations, and most government agencies, but not to private customers. To use this option, enter your details, select "Purchase order - prepayment" under Payment options, and click "Proceed to checkout". Within one business day, you will receive the invoice, which you can forward to your accounting department for payment. Once the invoice is paid, all selected products (including download links and development license keys) will be sent to your registered email address.

  • When will I receive my fully registered software?

    Once you register online and complete your payment, you'll receive your product within minutes to a few hours after payment processing. The registration details will be sent to the email you used to register. Don't forget to check your SPAM or JUNK folder as well. If you don't receive your product within one business day, please contact us.
