Our licenses are perpetual: pay once, use forever. All of our /JS components are licensed according to the number of developers and domains where they are used. The required number of licenses is determined by whichever is greater: the number of developers or the number of domains. A domain is a website or web application address (for example, example.com).

Examples:

  • 1 developer, 1 domain = 1 Single License
  • 1 developer, 3 domains = 1 Team License (more cost-effective than 3 Single Licenses)
  • 3 developers, 2 domains = 1 Team License (more cost-effective than 3 Single Licenses)

Once licensed, you may use the purchased component(s) or the full /JS library without any run-time, deployment, or distribution fees. You may develop, test, and deploy your applications both locally and on your registered domain(s). The license remains valid regardless of the number of users, visitors, page views, or traffic your web application generates. No additional fees are required based on usage or scale.

where:
  • /JS indicates the JavaScript version of the product. It provides the same features and functionality as the original product, but is designed for web applications.
and:
  • Single License
1 developer / 1 domain (one website or web application).
  • Team License
For 3 or more developers and/or domains (depending on the number of licenses purchased).
  • Site / Unlimited License
Unlimited developers and unlimited domains within the same company.

Case scenarios:

  • If you are a single developer using the library on one website (e.g., coffeeadmin.com), a Single License is sufficient. It covers the main domain and all its subdomains (e.g., www.coffeeadmin.com, app.coffeeadmin.com, etc.).

As an exception, a Single License may cover multiple domains when they host the same application instance under different customer-specific domains. For example:

    • myappname.customerXX.com
    • myappname.customerYY.net
    • myappname.customerZZ.org
    • ...

In this case, all domains belong to the same application instance, so a Single License is sufficient. If the domains represent different or unrelated applications (for example coffeeadmin.com and kappagroup.org), each domain requires a separate license.

  • If you use the library across a small number of domains (typically up to 3-4), a Team License is a cost-effective option compared to purchasing multiple Single Licenses. It is intended for use across multiple developers and multiple domains within the same organization.
  • If you have multiple developers working across multiple domains (for example, 3 developers and 2 domains), a Team License is recommended. It allows multiple developers to use the library across multiple domains under a single Team License plan.
  • If you need to use the library across many websites or want unrestricted usage across any number of domains within your organization, the Unlimited/Site License is the best option.

If you are unsure which license type to choose, please contact us with details about your intended use, and we will help you select the most appropriate license.

The /JS component is part of the ExSuite/JS library. You can license the component individually, or you can license the entire package, which includes all available /JS components.
